2011 September Schenectady Jewish Community Center, Part I: “Three Scribes: Friends in Art,” Neil Yerman, Mohamed Zakariya and Karen Gorst created a work of art as a community-wide interfaith event. The single piece of art incorporated text from the Torah, Q'uran and Christian Bible and the artists publicly discussed techniques, design processes, ritual restrictions and took questions from the audience.
